In honor of Native American Heritage Month, join us for an insightful discussion about the how settler colonialism impacted indigenous food systems and food sovereignty. We will discuss indigenous perspectives of Thanksgiving and how communities are working to revitalize their food systems and their advocacy efforts around food sovereignty.  

This session will be led by graduate students Kianna L. Big Crow and Vy Thompson. Lunch will be provided.
