Lindsay Dieudonne is a Ph.D. candidate at the School of Public Policy. She and her family immigrated to Boston, MA from Haiti in her early childhood. Growing up, Dieudonne followed the three pillars of the Haitian household: Lekòl, Legliz and Lakay which translates to "school, church and home." Her faith keeps her grounded and her studies keep her focused.
Dieudonne's research interests are broad but have recently centered around health policy, immigration policy and education policy through the lens of racial equity. She has conducted research in health policy and prison reform through the McNair Scholars program. Dieudonne received a Bachelor of Arts in Government with a concentration in law and public policy and a certificate in black studies from Suffolk University. Over the next few years, she looks forward to all that Maryland has to offer from the unique educational opportunities to the crab cakes.
